On Friday, the deputy chairman of Russia's Central Election Committee, Nikolay Bulayev, said there had been five incidents involving liquids being poured into the containers. Two women were arrested after pouring Green dye into boxes on the outskirts of Moscow with the aim of destroying voting slips.
