The Hot Springs Police Department needs help locating and identifying a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run accident on March 3. According to police, the accident happened in the 1200 block of Albert Pike Road, where a pedestrian was struck and injured by a 2000-2005 black Mitsubishi Eclipse.
