Ecuador has filed a complaint against Mexico over its decision to grant political asylum to a former Ecuadorian vice president. Ecuador's Foreign Ministry says the complaint cites Mexico's government because of its move to grant asylum to Jorge Glas, who had been convicted of corruption.
