The Albuquerque Community Safety Department just launched Connect to Care to bring social services to the places where they get the most calls for help. Over two hours Thursday morning, ACS talked to roughly 50 people who needed medical care and other social services. It’s the second “Connect to Care” popup event that ACS has hosted teaming up with the University of New Mexico Hospital.
