Local Chick-fil-A owner, 49-year-old Stacy Lee Austin, is being charged with a statutory sex offense. Deputies with the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office in North Carolina say they responded to a home for a Breaking or Entering in Progress. Investigators say they found Austin’s underwear in the trashcan of a bathroom in the home.
