Californians voted for presidential and Senate nominees in Super Tuesday's primaries. District 47 Republican Scott Baugh and Democratic state Sen. Dave Min were neck-and-neck in early returns to fill the seat that incumbent Democrat Katie Porter vacated to run for the U.S. Senate.
