A man was taken into custody by Arkansas State Police after troopers found him to be in possession of multiple illegal narcotics. At around 3:20 p.m., a trooper performed a traffic stop on a vehicle that was driving on Interstate 40 in Crittenden County. The driver of the vehicle, identified as 58-year-old William Mixon of Oklahoma was then taken to the Critten County Detention Center.
