Arkansas Department of Transportation reported a "police incident'quot; is causing traffic on I-430 near Exit 8 and Rodney Parham Road in Little Rock. Northbound traffic is being impacted and the left lane is currently blocked. At this time, police officials have not released any information regarding this incident.
