Benton Animal Services and the City of Benton are seeking information about a young mixed-breed dog found wandering on Whitewood Drive in Benton. According to reports, the dog was seen on the side of the road with his face and eyes completely covered in spray foam. The dog was immediately taken to a veterinarian for treatment.
