A Rockford, IL stabbing left at least one person dead Wednesday after multiple people were stabbed in the Winnebago County city. Authorities arrested a suspect for allegedly stabbing several people on the southeast side of the city Wednesday afternoon. One of the injured victims was in critical condition, police say. An investigation is underway as several blocks were lined with crime scene tape.
