The Powerball jackpot continues to grow, but the recent drawing gave the Valley a new millionaire. The ticket was sold at a Safeway in Sun City near 99th Avenue and Bell Road. Along with the million-dollar winner, there were also three $50,000 Powerball winners on Wednesday.
