The Phoenix Fire Department said the two-vehicle crash happened Wednesday night near Tatum Boulevard and Pinnacle Peak Road. An adult woman, two teen girls and a teen boy are hospitalized in critical condition. The crash is being investigated by the Phoenix Police Department.
