Ukraine has partnered with US tech giant Palantir Technologies to deploy artificial intelligence in the battle against landmines. This partnership aims to transform the daunting task of clearing over 156,000 square kilometers of land potentially contaminated with explosives, a challenge that, without innovation, could span over seven centuries. The initiative seeks to digitize and automate the demining process, making it exponentially faster, safer, and more cost-effective.
