a team of artists and engineers at Penn State University has worked over four semesters to develop a haptic glove that allows blind and visually impaired people to create sculptures through touch . While a visually impaired person uses the glove to make art, sighted people watch through virtual reality goggles as the sculpture takes form . Their work then gets 3D printed and put on display .
