An equal number of questionnaires were collected from respondents in the southern and northern regions. The result reveals that 57.5% of the respondents were male, while the remaining 42.5% were female. In this study, a considerable portion of respondents reported having 10–20 years of experience, with the remaining individuals having less than 5 years. This study reflects that a rapid transition of the desakota villages and town communities in China.
