Diversity policies in America suffered a blow last year when the Supreme Court ruled against universities that consider race in the admissions process. Now there are fears that diversity initiatives in the business world will be challenged too. In a poll of 400 companies in the UK and US almost all the heads of human resources said diversity, equity and inclusion was important to business strategy.
