Finnish company SuperGround has created an edible paste from bone that can be incorporated into a variety of food items. On its website, the company notes that fish and poultry products can be modified to contain between 20% and 40% of the proprietary mixture. The technology would also give the food sector another way to repurpose parts of the animal.
