Tesla CEO Elon Musk arrived in Beijing, China, on April 28, 2024. Musk was expected to discuss the rollout of Full Self-Driving (FSD) software. Tesla reached an agreement with Chinese authorities for a plant in Shanghai, its first outside the United States, in 2018.
