What You Need To Know Spectrum awarded the Central Community House $30,000 for its Techonology Assistance Program (TAP) TAP is a program designed to help older Ohioans become more digitally literate. The program has helped about 225 Ohioans and the organization says nearly all of them say it’s helped their social life in one way or another. Since 2020, Spectrum has awarded $75,000 in grants. And last year alone, it provided more than $1 million in digital education grants nationwide.
