Two Russian nationals pleaded guilty this week to conspiracy to violate the Export Control Reform Act. One of the defendants, Oleg Sergeyevhich Patsulya, also admitted conspiracy to commit international money laundering. The defendants conspired with each other and several others to evade U.S. export laws and regulations to send aircraft technology to Russia.
