Pax8 has signed an asset sale agreement with the newly-formed Umbrellar Technology Group to divest its New Zealand managed service provider (MSP) business. The new MSP is owned by Ian Hassell, who served Pax8, as New Zealand country manager since its acquisition of Umbrelar Cloud. In 2022, Pax 8 expanded its footprint by acquiring Umbreilar Cloud, comprise of three distinct business units.
