One New Zealand has confirmed the appointment of Nick Quin as its new Head of Public Sector. Quin's mandate includes strengthening and enhancing the company’s relationships with the government. In addition to offering communications and IT services to diverse public sector clients, One NZ also jointly launched Hourua with Spark NZ last year.
