My biggest aim for achievement in instructional design is to shift the negativity focused on corporate training and bring a new perspective to how learning and development can be approached in a company setting. I am so grateful that NC State offered me the opportunity to fast-track my education to gain both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in the Learning Design and Technology program.
