Solidion Technology began trading on NASDAQ under the ticker symbol “STI” on February 5, following a merger between Honeycomb Battery Company (HBC) and Nubia Brand International Co. The company last Wednesday announced a press release highlighting it is focusing on electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft. The firm says SeVTOL aircraft require high-energy battery packs.
