India-Philippine Tech Summit (IPTS) launched in Taguig City on Tuesday.In his speech, Indian Ambassador Shambhu Kumaran referred to the need for developing countries to develop partnerships amongst themselves.The event would bring Indian entrepreneurs and their success stories in the digital space to the Philippines.
