Chris Kraft has been named deputy chief technology officer for artificial intelligence and emerging technology at the Department of Homeland Security. Kraft previously served as the department’s deputy program manager for financial systems modernization. Before starting his first stint at FEMA in July 2018, Kraft served as project manager at the department of the Interior’s business center.
