Zhou Meisheng, previously assistant to SMIC’s co-CEO Liang Mengsong, has assumed the role of Head of the Technical Research and Development Center at ChangXin Memory Technology (CXMT) Prior to her tenure at Lam Research, she held key positions at various semiconductor companies, including Chartered Semiconductor (Singapore), UMC, and GlobalFoundries.
