The Colleges of Applied Arts and Technology (CAAT) pension plan has announced the appointment of Sonny Khindria as vice-president of member experience. Troy Whetstone is the current Vice-President of service delivery. This move aims to enhance the level of service and engagement provided to both active and retired members.
