In the final session for the 2023-24 Sports Backers Active Living Leadership (ALL) Stars program, the participants met at the VCU Center for Sports Leadership to talk about leadership, staying active after graduation and life after sports. On Sunday, five panelists and a moderator came together to speak to the ALL Stars. The panel started by talking how they manage their time now and how necessary it is to plan out a day and set aside that time.
