Senate Bill 375 would ban transgender girls and women from participating on female NHIAA- and NCAA-sanctioned sports teams in New Hampshire. Proponents of SB375 have argued it is necessary to protect the safety and fairness of girls’ and women’s sports. The bill would prohibit girls participating in “boys” teams, or “mixed” teams.
