Bart Ramselaar joins Lion City Sailors for a reported fee of €1.5 million (S$2.2 million) on a contract that runs until the end of the 2025/26 campaign. The 27-year-old had won the 2017/18 Eredivisie title with PSV Eindhoven, and enjoyed his most productive season in the 2021/22 season.
