Minnesota Senate amended sports betting bill to double the tax on sports wagers. The biggest change is that “in-game” wagering would not be allowed to keep compulsive gamblers from betting too much. About 20% of revenue would go to charitable gambling organizations, but only about 5% to the state’s horse tracks.
