Jerry Tillery was the No. 28 overall pick of the Los Angeles Chargers in 2019. The Raiders claimed him off waivers days later and signed him to a two-year, $6.8 million contract in March 2023. Tillery, 27, was due a $1.5 million roster bonus next week and his 2024 salary would have guaranteed.
