A Swiss based investor is in talks to buy Reading FC, the troubled English football club. It’s not clear how involved Chiron Sports Group are with Venezia FC, Leyton Orient, Vitesse Arnhem, Patro Eisden and Charlton Athletic in the region of $40mn-$50mn. However, it’s entirely possible that Chiron Sport Group are a small stakeholder in Venedig, but it is not clear what the value of Reading is.
