Tylor Perry, KU women’s basketball’s Taiyanna Jackson and K-State baseball’s Brady Day all earned Big 12 Player of the Week Awards in their respective sports. Lenny Ashby, a senior guard for the ‘Cats, averaged 27.5 points in two games last week, against West Virginia and Cincinnati. Perry scored 54 on 22 field goal attempts in that span and hit six 3-pointers in both games.
