Academy Sports + Outdoors plans to expand its retail presence in the country. The expansion has already commenced with two new stores in Knightdale, North Carolina, and Greenwood, Indiana in the first quarter. Each Academy store offers a family-friendly shopping experience with sports and camping equipment, footwear, apparel, hunting and fishing gear, and outdoor cooking essentials.
