Wyomissing dominated from the start to defeat Carver Engineering & Science 43-22 in the opening round of the PIAA Class 4A girls basketball playoffs. The Spartans will play Neumann-Goretti (19-6), the third-place team from District 12 in the second round on Wednesday at a time and location to be announced.
