Turkish scientists completed their expedition on Horseshoe Island, Antarctica, in an undated photo during their research in 2024. The team returned to Türkiye with their studies in various fields such as environmental and pollution research, oceanography and hydrography studies, atmospheric and space observations, geology and geophysics, energy systems, meteorological measurements and the development of bathymetric maps.
