SWNS Oxford is home to the sleepiest residents in the UK. People in Cardiff followed closely behind, with 63 per cent of locals feeling tired. Cambridge came in third place, with just 48 per cent feeling fatigued. Silentnight was behind the sleep-o-meter test and commissioned the study.
