More than 240 secondary school students have participated in waka ama water workshops to inspire an interest in science among young people. Massey has worked with New Zealand-based company One Giant Leap to create a one-of-a-kind hoe that record data at a rate of 100 times per second. The project was funded by the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment as part of its strategic plan.
