Imposter syndrome is defined as a collection of feelings of inadequacy that persist despite evident success. It can negatively affect personal health, career trajectory, interpersonal relationships with colleagues and long-term career goals, bringing with it a greater risk of occupational burnout and professional unfulfillment.
