The project was developed as part of the European Research Council project IMAGINE Adaptation. The goal of the project was to gather local constructs of adaptation to enable a discussion on the tangible influence of technocracy on current adaptation practice and the imaginaries of a city adapting to climate change. We first identified concepts related to adaptation in urban areas through literature and an expert survey.
