Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) has launched this year’s Youth Voices Get Active video competition. The competition aims to empower high school students to encourage peers to embrace physical activity. Physical activity is recognised as a key protective factor in the prevention of chronic disease and is beneficial for positive mental health.
