West Shore RCMP’s Mobile Integrated Crisis Response Team (MICR) is similar to Car 87/88 in Vancouver and Car 67 in Surrey. The teams, which operate 12 hours a day, seven days a week, respond to any calls with a mental health component. In the short time it has been operating, it is already having an effect.
