The PACT Act, or The Sergeant First Class (SFC) Heath Robinson Honoring our Promise to Address Comprehensive Toxics (PACT) Act, is a significant law that expands Veterans Affairs health care and benefits for Veterans who have been exposed to burn pits, Agent Orange, and other toxic substances. This law is designed to ensure that generations of Veterans, as well as their survivors, receive the care they have rightfully earned and deserve. Starting from March 5, 2024, VA health care will be expanded to millions
