The eXceed Nursing Recognition Program is an initiative designed to reward and recognize nurses for engaging in activities that develop themselves and others, and positively contribute to nursing and organizational goals. Parkview Health has nurses who are now regular blood donors. This is critical as community blood drives are at risk of being canceled due to a lack of staffing.
