The AFL and Movember have chosen Para Hills Football Club as the first location in South Australia to launch their 'Ahead of the Game Program. The mental health initiative aims to create awareness and reduce the stigma surrounding mental health issues among young footballers and their support networks. Free workshops help players, parents and coaches to understand, recognise and respond. Statistics reveal that two out of seven children will suffer from a mental health issue.
