The Southern Nevada Health District is taking steps to alert approximately 300 clients about a recent data breach on Wednesday morning. Health officials say a “malicious code” was placed on the page, and clients were redirected to a fraudulent payment form that appeared like a credit card payment page. The code was discovered on the site on March 14 and the form was immediately removed.
