Legacy Health is getting a much-needed expansion at its Silverton Medical Center. Their Willamette Valley Region President, Joe Yoder, said an extra 21,000 square feet and eight additional patient rooms are going to make all the difference in patient care in their emergency room. Hundreds-of-millions of federal dollars are being invested into Portland’s Albina district.
