Pope Francis visited the parish of Sant’Enrico in Casal Monastero on April 5, 2024. In the aftermath of the incident, a 17-year-old girl was raped by two youths. He was forced to omit his homily on Palm Sunday, apparently still suffering from bouts of bronchitis.
